George Adams is passionate about creating new technology innovations that bring real commercial value to customers. He brings years of successful experience creating and growing software businesses. Earlier, he was CEO of SSH Securities, from startup to IPO. Before that, VP of PC Products for Phoenix Technologies, helping expand the PC, laptop, and mobile industries. Earlier, he launched and built new industry-leading businesses at Intel, Sun Microsystems, Analog Devices, and Motorola. He has a BSEE from the University of Miami and MBA from Boston University.

Joe Ryan SVP of Sales & Technical Services

Joe Ryan is responsible for the company’s go-to-market initiatives, revenue, and technical services. An experienced technology executive, Joe brings a passion for working with customers to deploy new digital technologies that solve business problems. Sector expertise includes Low / No Code Mobile App Development; IoT Smart Infrastructure & Supply Chain; and Network Security. Before joining ViziApps, Joe was Chief Revenue Officer at RailPod, Inc., VP of Sales & Business Development at Alpha Software, and VP and Business Unit General Manager at Juniper Networks (JNPR). Joe has a BS from Syracuse University, Whitman School of Management.

Cimarron Buser SVP Product

Cimarron Buser has worked in fast growing SaaS and high-tech companies, helping to strategically position, market, and execute on a company vision. He has deep experience in the mobile development and enterprise software industry, and his early work in the mobile app ecosystem as a co-founder of Apperian, a mobile application management company, provides him with a unique perspective on the challenges of providing mobile apps to business users. Cimarron has a BA in Computer Science from University of California, San Diego, and an MBA from Harvard University.

Jeremy Debate brings ViziApps deep experience in mobile technology strategy, platform architecture, and engineering practices. A seasoned technology executive and hands-on architect, he brings us his strong track record building mobile-first solutions that scale to millions of users. Sector expertise includes Native Mobile Development; Enterprise Mobility & Security; Embedded Systems & Bluetooth Low Energy; and AI/ML Integration. Before joining ViziApps, Jeremy was Chief Technology Officer at Anthro AI, Director of Voice Experience at MassMutual, and Platform Architect at Apperian. Jeremy has a BS in Computer Science from Dartmouth College.

Louis Gudema VP of Marketing

Louis Gudema brings over 30 years of award-winning B2B marketing experience to his work with ViziApps. Louis previously founded and led marketing agency Magic Hour Communications which served such companies as IBM, The Boston Globe, Houghton Mifflin, and EMC, and successful venture-backed startups such as Endeca (acquired by Oracle) and SpeechWorks (part of Nuance). Louis oversaw the development and marketing of Magic Hour’s proprietary content management system, MagicWand, building Magic Hour into one of the top three or four companies in its national market before a successful exit. His Bullseye Marketing book has won several awards.

Tushon Robinson

Tushon Robinson

Tushon Robinson is a seasoned technology and operations executive with more than 30 years of experience helping software and technology-enabled companies scale, modernize, and create enterprise value. He brings deep expertise across SaaS, digital commerce, post-purchase systems, and asset-light operating models, working with early-stage startups, PE- and VC-backed growth companies, and public enterprises. A recognized leader in returns management and post-purchase innovation, Tushon is a named inventor on a patented returns-processing system and has led the design and launch of platforms that improved customer retention, reduced costs, and accelerated revenue growth.

Most recently, as Chief Supply Chain and Customer Officer at Overstock.com, Tushon built a scalable, asset-light network that enhanced customer satisfaction, strengthened operational resilience, and supported rapid growth. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at venture-backed and private-equity-owned software and logistics companies, guiding organizations from startup through scale, acquisitions, and successful exits. Today, Tushon advises founders and executive teams on strategy, product innovation, and operational excellence. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems and Computer Science from Howard University, completed executive education at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and is a graduate of the Board Readiness Program at Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business.

David Steven Jacoby

David Steven Jacoby

David Jacoby is passionate about building businesses that transform global supply chains. He wrote. Guide to Supply Chain Management, and five other books on supply chain management and international trade, as well as hundreds of publications and media events on supply chain management. Based on extensive management experience in energy, automotive, transport, and retail in more than 50 countries managing and advising executive teams, he has deep and practical first-hand knowledge of supply chain industry trends and how companies can use information to reduce costs, grow revenue, and increase shareholder value.

David is the President of Boston Strategies International, a supply chain think tank. He is an Adjunct Professor of Operations Management at New York University’s Tandon School of Engineering, a Senior Fellow at Boston University’s Institute for Sustainable Energy, and a former adjunct professor at Boston University’s Questrom Graduate School of Business. He earned his MBA and a Masters of Arts from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania He holds supply chain certifications including C.P.M. CTL, CIRM, CFPM, CSCP, and AEE.

Howard Morgan

Howard Morgan

Howard Morgan has more than 25 years of experience serving as a mentor, advisor, investor, and executive in entrepreneurial ventures. He is currently the Chair and General Partner of B Capital. He co-founded First Round Capital, where he remains Senior Advisor. Prior to First Round, Howard helped found IdeaLab with Bill Gross. Since 1989, Dr. Morgan has served as President of Arca Group, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in computers and communications technologies. He serves as a director for a number of public companies, including Franklin Electronic Publishers, Inc. and Internet Brands, Inc.

A respected author and frequent industry conference speaker, he has been an active consultant and speaker on information systems for more than 30 years, working with many Fortune 100 companies and major government agencies. He has been a Visiting Professor at the California Institute of Technology and the Harvard Business School. Earlier, he was a Professor of Decision Sciences at the Wharton School and a Professor of Computer Science at the Moore School of the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Morgan received his Ph.D. in operations research from Cornell University and a B.S. in physics from City College of the City University of New York.

Bob Garrow

Bob Garrow

As a veteran executive of successful startups and major high technology enterprises, Bob Garrow is able to combine his creative ability with years of experience to help early stage technology companies grow. Highlights of his career include pioneering work microcomputers at Intel as an engineer and engineering manager. He was a co-founder of Convergent Technologies as VP Engineering and General Manger, developing CT from startup to IPO. He managed very high growth at Sun Microsystems as GM of Sun’s Workstation Division and later, as VP of World Wide Manufacturing. He led the creation of high technology enterprises as co-founder and CEO of Athenix Corporation, and as co-founder and in business development and sales and SVP Strategic Relationships at Liquid Computing.

In 2009, Bob created Unit Enterprises LLC, a professional services company, through which he assists startups and on-going concerns in various roles including business development and operations. Mr. Garrow received his BSEE from UC Berkeley and completed MSEE programs at the University of Santa Clara.
